i didn't really get it but it was sad that it was a real story because his wife must of been so worried about him and he must of been scared but they were mean to the african men even though they were just protecting themselves. captain phillips seemed really in pained upset at the end and it was really sad to see him like that. didn't really see the point in the film though like i didn't get it and why he was going to africa, could be a lot more clear and not the film id watch again. id say its for any age above like 11 because if there into that kind of film they would probably still understand it.
