I thought Your Name had a reasonably interesting plot, accompanied by beautiful animation and fitting music. However it does seem drawn out and confusing at times, with random parts of the plot being thrown in without any real reason or explanation. The ending seems to disregard the rest of the film’s events and so leaves you feeling a little disappointed. However, it is still a worthwhile watch, particularly if you’re a fan of the genre.
