Wicked Future: Careers in Film

To celebrate the release of Wicked, only in cinemas from November 22, we've created a careers-focused learning programme to empower young people to unlock their unique powers.

Wicked Futures: Careers in Film is a free learning sequence for students aged 12-18. The resource spotlights the work of entry-level production trainees who worked on Wicked, inspiring learners with the achievements of a diverse and relatable group of near-to-peer individuals.

Supported by objectives from English/literacy, maths/STEM and PSHE, learners will be inspired by the diversity of the film production roles showcased, and the power of their own skills, experiences and qualifications. The sky's the limit!

Pact: Inside Independent Production

This resource is suitable for learners aged 14 and older and shines a light on the importance of independent production in the screen industries, along with the career opportunities within the sector.

Inside Independent Production is a ready-to-play lesson incorporating industry encounters from a range of professionals working in the sector, along with crucial labour market information around roles, pathways and skills needed for success in independent production.
