Contributor release forms are used in the film and television industry to obtain permission from people featuring in film and television productions. This form can be used to obtain permission from parents and guardians for their child's image (on film or in still pictures) to be used and showcased by Into Film.
We have developed a large catalogue of educational resources since launching in 2013, and some references and
terminology will inevitably have dated as society and language evolves. We are aware of this and will be updating
resources when our production schedule allows.
