The resource pack is aimed at clubs and addresses a number of copyright issues that can affect filmmakers. It consists of three short PowerPoint presentations with information and quiz-style questions on photography, the public domain, parody and quotation. Each presentation provides extra support for leaders in the slide notes section and additional discussion points.

The film explores the intriguing world of copyright law through a mystery tale set in Sherlock Holmes' London. The serialised adventure puts intellectual property under the magnifying glass as our detective encounters the remarkable world of copyright law.

The Game is On! explores issues relating to creativity, the public domain, derivative work and artists' revenues.

Updating our resources

We have developed a large catalogue of educational resources since launching in 2013, and some references and terminology will inevitably have dated as society and language evolves. We are aware of this and will be updating resources when our production schedule allows.
