At Into Film, we are always working to evolve our offer and how we communicate with our Account Holders to give everyone a better, more personal experience.

As part of our ongoing upgrades, we have changed our email service provider and will soon release a new home page and responsive website technology platform.

The information in your Into Film Account Holder Profile is key to help us tailor our communications with you. Keeping your details up to date will also ensure you don't miss out on important messages. If we can't contact you, you could be missing out on key news. So if you change jobs or school please remember to tell us so that we can update you with the most relevant information.

Manage your Into Film Account

You can check, update and amend your Into Film Account profile preferences and settings to change your permission to receive communication, amend your job title, school, specialisms, and more.

How to update your Into Film Account

It is important to keep your Into Film Account up-to-date to ensure you receive what you want, when you want it. The more you tell us about you, the better we can support your teaching, career and professional development. You can:

1. Update your Into Film 'Account Setting' permissions - if you wish to consent to receive communications on an ongoing basis. 
2. Update your Into Film profile - you can amend your current role, check your organisation details are up to date and change your location as examples.
3. Change your password at any time - to maintain security to your account.
4. Update your Into Film preferences - tell us about your interests in film so we can keep you up to date with things that might interest you.
5. Browse 'Online Training' - find out more on our online training platform.
6. Create 'Playlists' by making highlights of films and grouping them together to enable you to teach on key themes.
7. Update 'My Films' - this includes those you've recently started watching or that you've added to your watch list.

All you need to do is log into your Account. The image below shows you some of what you can amend and update starting with your Account Settings and checking your consent to communications is on/off as you wish once logged into your Account.
