Careers Coordinator

Job Description

The main function of the Careers Coordinator role is to develop, support and deliver Into Film's Screen Careers Programme. The post holder will work closely with the Careers Lead, Industry Partnerships Lead and other members of Into Film staff who conceive, create and deliver our Screen Careers Programme. The Careers Coordinator will develop content alongside internal teams such as marcomms that supports careers professionals, teachers, young people and their parents ensuring they can access what they need to become aware of the breadth of screen careers and how they might go about entering the industries. They will manage various deliverables across the programme including but not limited to; work experience pilots directly with young people, development of resources and training for careers professionals and speaking slots at careers conferences UK wide. The role will have a focus on reaching those young people who are underserved and under-represented.

Policy and Public Affairs Lead

Employment Type: Part-time, 21 hours per week (3 days per week), 12 months fixed term contract

Location: Hybrid, United Kingdom. Based at one of the Into Film offices (Cardiff, Belfast, Salford, Edinburgh, London). There will be occasions when office working is required.

Job Description

The Policy and Public Affairs Lead will join Into Film at a pivotal moment in the development of its political engagement, raising the profile of Into Film through the delivery of an effective public affairs strategy across England and the devolved nations.


Working closely with colleagues in evaluation, research, fundraising and communications, the post holder will build strong relationships with MPs, civil servants and regional politicians to advocate for the role of film in education and align public affairs goals with potential funding opportunities.

Job Description

The Programme Officer UK will be instrumental in providing administrative support for the successful delivery of our three programme strands across the UK. Reporting to the Joint Head of Programmes (Nations Lead), this role ensures the smooth and efficient running of projects by managing key organisational tasks, providing high quality customer service and supporting specific activities including data driven targeted work. Job Description:

Into Film's Product & Technology team incorporates best practices and technologies to drive solution-focused innovation for the organisation and our beneficiaries. The main function of the team's Salesforce Developer role is to further evolve Into Film's Salesforce platform, including building and evolving Flows, Apex Classes, Experience Cloud components, CRM Analytics Reports, Marketing Cloud User Journeys and Data Extensions, and the objects, reports, and lightning pages within NPSP, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

The Senior Salesforce Developer works with the CRM Product Manager, the rest of the technology team, and departments across Into Film to ensure the platform is delivering maximum value across the organisation.

The Senior Salesforce Developer is responsible for understanding business processes, user experiences and customer lifecycles to advise and recommend to the organisation new and improved ways of working through the use and development of Salesforce.
