Skip this statement because (again) it's unrelated if you want to see the Sonic 2 review,

Before I review any more movies I'm asking you, yes you, the person you are reading. I know my reviews are long compare then any other review out there because its my writing style and there's nothing wrong if you want to wright a long analysis of Boss Baby of all things, that's fine and go ahead.

Also I want to remind that these are my opinions by the end of the day and I'm a opened-person like what is yours thoughts. I respect your opinions but please respect my opinions too, I'm not a crazy clown saying bad words I'm just honest to myself and don't take these very personally or seriously.

Before I go any further, do anyone cares if I spoil a scene or event? I mean you could easy Skip this because I always spoil things to keep this in mind, I know you can easy say that you could title it a spoiler but do anyone gets upset just because I spoil a scene I mean its a movie its (mostly) fiction for cry out loud! Also do anyone cares if I swear (except for slurs and you know I don't say these things) like if I say S5!t do anyone gets upset about it? It just a simple word its not the end of the world! Its like saying I say the word rat and everyone starts to attack me just because I say a gross animal. You also know that I don't over do it I'm not 6-in-a-half years old.

For now on I'm not say this again and please keep all of this in mind that this is my opinions, okay? Understand? Now who else wants to play captain! Good now let's get into it!

My review: So Sonic the Hedgehog 2 is a sequel to the movie... anyways when I first saw Sonic 2 in theatres I thought it was okay as the same level as the first but better. I now re-watched this movie like the 4th time now since my family put that movie from weeks ago and the school too. I now think it's a good video game adaption and it's no surprise if you seen my first review I liked this movie and more so in the second one, without a further-a-do I'll show you the way:

The CGI beats Hollywood's CGI: I want to talk about the CGI first because I don't want to overwhelm this review and I'll keep it organised here, 2022 is a notorious year for Hollywood because most of their movies are either mid or complete garbage with the hideous CGI in their products. For example Thor: Love and Thunder the animators was rushed and as the result it looks 10x worse then the trailer it self, it's embarrassing to be honest, dare I say even worse then Phantom Menace a movie from 1999 looks better then this!

I know I'm going to make this review short, so I liked the characters bonds with Sonic , Tails and Knuckles. I love that the plot feels like the actual games then a odd road-trip movie that happens to have Sonic in it, here I love all the details of the background and feels natural for the story.

I love Knuckles, Idris Elba dose a fantastic performance giving him a deep man epic voice and also making him so funny.

I also love Tails, in my opinion he pretty muchly represents as an autistic person....

I know it sounds like one of the most questionable things ever but let me explain!

You see he mention that nobody want to make friends with him because of his two tails which makes him different to the other (or even more unique then probably any other Sonic character) and even any other Sonic character have point that out (particular Sonic X). Not only he has a relatable backstory but he also has a sweet and a courageous personality. The character makes it even more genius because the movie (and games) never tell you that! You have to characterised the characters actions and it's not on the nose for once! I honestly think it's a good representation of autistic people!

The third is the worst: Well unfortunately the movie is not far from a masterpiece because in my opinion the third act of the movie is the worst. The part where Racheal driving this car with bad*ss music, I'm sorry but the music in this is such a cheap way to make the audience laugh and get invested in ,not to mention it's the least important scene in the entire movie.

The final boss scene is the most messed up part of the movie: This scene what leave me a bit disappointed because the first off so do Sonic killed Dr.Robnik because it doesn't feel Sonic would do, second what the hell is Knuckles and Tails are doing they are inside the robot and in the next scene they are outside so did they just eventually find a way out and last how did his assistant survive this?!

Final thoughts: So yeah I like this movie, like the Mario movie you don't need to re-invent the wheel or trying too hard by being very dramatic and epic. Just stick to the source material and put it in a film. While it's a good movie but it has it's flaws (not to mention this is a two hour long movie!) but still I enjoyed it.

Before I hit the road, I got a hot take! I STILL love the Mario movie more then the Sonic movies but we will have to find out about Sonic 3!
