Captain America: The First Avenger (2011)

Hello and welcome to a new set of films which were chosen by my mum. She has decided to watch all of the Marvel films again in order. So on Sunday which was the 20th of August 2023 we started with a film called Captain America The First Avenger. He is the first hero/Avenger in the Marvel timeline. Captain America the first Avenger is set in the year 1942 and America has entered World War II, and sickly but determined Steve Rogers is frustrated at being rejected yet again for military service. Until everything changes when Dr. Erskine recruits him for the secret Project Rebirth. Proving his extraordinary courage, wits and conscience, Rogers undergoes the experiment and his weak body is suddenly enhanced into the maximum human potential everything is going fine until Dr. Erskine is then immediately assassinated by an agent of Nazi Germany's secret group called HYDRA which is a research department which is run by a man whose name is Johann Schmidt, also know as the Red Skull. Rogers is then left as a unique man who is initially misused as a propaganda mascot; however, when his comrades need him, Rogers goes on a successful adventure that truly makes him become Captain America, and that is when his war against Schmidt begins. This review for The First Marvel film has been given a five star rating with means I loved it because in my own opinion Captain America is not like the other Marvel characters as he does not act like a big head like Tony Stark (a.k.a Iron Man) or sometimes Thor with his big hammer and when he says ''Oh look at me I am the mighty god of thunder'' that is why I like Captain America as my second favourite Marvel character because my first favourite Marvel character is Clint Barton (a.k.a Hawkeye) who is played by Jeremy Renner.
