Wonder (2017)

On Monday the 28th of November 2022 I watched a film based on a real life. The Film is all about where a young family who has a boy that was born with rare medical facial deformity his name is August Pullman or Auggie for short who is played by Jacob Tremblay. Who is also 10 years old and living in North River Heights in upper Manhattan, New York, with his mother Isabel who is played by Julia Roberts his father Nate who is played by Owen Wilson, older sister Olivia or "Via for short who is played by Izabela Vidovic and their dog Daisy. He had to go and have 27 different surgeries. Auggie has been home-schooled, though out of his childhood but now he must try and approach fifth grade, his parents decided to enroll him in Beecher Prep, a private school. But before the school year begins, Auggie meets with Mr. Tushman who is played by Mandy Patinkin who is the principal, who arranges a tour for him with three other students whose names are Jack Will, Julian Albans and Charlotte Cody. When school starts, Auggie is initially ostracized by nearly the entire student body, but soon forms a close friendship with Jack and another student called Summer. This film review has been given five stars because the film shows us humans that just because we are born differently does not mean we cannot do the things those normal children do in everyday life. It also shows us to believe in yourself and don't let bullies get you down because it does not matter what they think or say what matters is what is in your heart and what you believe in. This film review has got five stars which means I loved it, but I did feel like crying because I know what it is like to be different around others who do not have any problems or disabilities Thank you for reading my review on the film which is called Wonder.
