This is a story about a little fox whose parents are geese. They live in a big house as a trio. At the beginning of this film, the family are happy. We follow the fox around to see what happens during his day.

The story starts off with the fox waking up and getting out of bed. The little fox walks to the forest. When he reaches the forest, he sees another fox following a butterfly. The fox does not want to be seen so he hides under a branch and watches with interest. Then he saw the other fox with a goose in his mouth. He is shocked so he runs away crying because his family are geese. Once he gets back home, he storms into the house crying! His family wonders what is wrong. So, they confront him. When the father comes close to him to ask what the matter is, the fox attacks!! He bites his father on the neck. The fox runs away crying when he realises what he has done. He returns to the forest and sees an owl soaring down from the sky in search of his prey, a small mouse. The fox stands in front of the mouse to protect it. The owl flies away scared, after hearing the growls of the fox. You will have to watch the film to find out the ending.

Things I found interesting:

There were very little sound effects in this movie, but tension could be felt through the little sounds that we did hear. There was tense music at times to add to the atmosphere. No words were spoken in this movie.

I really liked the camera angles that were used throughout the film. The camera would zoom in and out at various times and show different angles for different characters.

The film was mainly set in the forest. The forest looked like a colourful painting. Various colours were used to make the forest look dark and eery. However, when the fox was at home it was bright. This could be to show that home was safe, and the forest was dangerous.

I found it interesting that the fox had geese as parents instead of other foxes. I think the message of this film was that we don’t all have to be the same to fit in and be loved. This is a very important message.
