On Monday 19th of September 2022, I watched another film which is also a remake of the original which was made in 1978 where Peter Ustinov played Hercule Poirot. The remake was all about when Belgian sleuth Hercule Poirot's vacation aboard a glamorous river steamer turns into a terrifying search for a murderer when a picture-perfect couple's idyllic honeymoon is tragically cut short. Set against an epic landscape of sweeping Egyptian desert vistas and the majestic Giza pyramids, this tale of unbridled passion and incapacitating jealousy features a cosmopolitan group of impeccably dressed travelers, and enough wicked twists and turns to leave audiences guessing until the final, shocking denouement. This review has been given a three-star rating which means Its Ok because I thought Murder on the Orient Express was much better than this film. There were some famous actors and actress like Kenneth Branagh who played Gilderoy Lockhart in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Russell Brand who has been in four Kids and It, Gal Gadot who plays Wonder Woman and Armie Hammer who has been in The Lone Ranger, Cars 3 and Mirror Mirror. But I did think the remake was good to watch with family, but I would not recommend the film if you do not like mystery films.
