The Lorax is a comedy, a fantasy, a musical, 3D computer-animated and family friendly film. The main characters are: Ted, Audrey, Lorax, The Lorax, The Onceler, Aloysius O’Hare and Pipsqueak ( the bear ). This film has a powerful message saying “ Look after Earth “. The voice actors are Ted=Zac Efron, Audrey=Taylor Swift, The Lorax=Danny DaVito,Onceler=Ed Helms, Betty White=Grammy Nora, O’Hare=Rob Riggle, Mrs Wiggins=Jenny Slate, Isabella=Nasim Pedrad, Uncle Ubb= Stephen Tobolowsky, Chett and Brett=Danny Cooksky,Aunt Grizelda=Elmarie Wendal.
Ted is on a mission to find a living truffula tree to impress his crush, Audrey; but the greedy mayor, Aloysius O’Hare tries to stop them and tries to turn the town’s people against them but it all backfires on him.
My opinion:
I loved it! My favourite scene was, of course, “ Let it die! Let it die! Let it shrivel up and die!”. It’s really funny! And the highlight of the scene for me was the part when he’s the only person singing then everyone embarrasses him!
If I’d think about recommending it, it’s a bit of a twister really because some people may like it, some may not.
And like I said before, this film has a very powerful message about the environment.
