The Lord of the Flies is a book written by William Golding, there was a film adaptation in black and white made in 1963 and Lord of the Flies which is the one I’m reviewing now.
Lord of the Flies is about a group of boys that get into a plane crash into the ocean, they make their to way to an island. The lead character (Ralph) and his friends (Piggy and Simon)try to establish some rules. Jack takes some of the boys and they set up a tribe that go savage. All chaos breaks loose on the island. What will Ralph and his friends do? What’s Jack planning? Will they escape?
Balthazar Getty plays Ralph, Chris Furrh plays Jack and Danuel Pipoly plays Piggy.
I watched this film only knowing the basic plot and didn’t really know what to expect but I LOVED IT, the acting was great, the music was awesome and the plot is outstanding.
I love this film so much and I highly recommend it.
