A Quiet Place (2018)

On Wednesday 12th of January 2022 myself and my mum watched two films with Emily Blunt this is now the fourth movie that I seen with her in and those other films are called Jungle Cruise and Marry Poppins Returns. But The films that I writing a review on are called A Quiet Place and A Quiet Place part 2. So my first review is about A Quiet Place when in a devastated Earth overrun by invincible predators of a possible extraterrestrial origin, the Abbotts find themselves struggling to survive in the isolation of upstate New York, defined by a new era of utter silence. Indeed, as this new type of invader is attracted to noise, even the slightest of sounds can be deadly; however, it's been already twelve months since the powerful monsters' first sightings, and this resilient family still stands strong. Of course, learning the rules of survival in this muted dystopia is essential; nevertheless, now, of all times, an otherwise joyous event puts in jeopardy the already fragile stability. And now, more than ever, the Abbotts must not make a sound if they want to survive this invasion. Both films remind me of a little bit of the film War of the Worlds which is all about when an alien tripod descends on Earth threatening to wipe out humanity. That is also when one family must try to survive by staying out of the alien's light and vision so that they don't get eaten. This first film review has been given four stars which means I liked it not loved it because the film was good but it did give some jump scares and felt different emotions. I only recommend this film to over 15 year olds.
