Beetlejuice is a hilarious film about the struggles of a newly dead couple seeking help from a ‘bio-exorcist’ called Beetlejuice. I really enjoyed this film because of the style of humour and the design of the character Lydia, she is very interesting because she provided quite a bit of the tension of the film while at the same time being funny as well.
I actually don't think there is anything that I don't like apart from the landlord at the very start of the film, I think that she is unnecessary and annoying. There is one other thing that I found slightly irritating and that is how there is no explanation given for why the couple can’t leave the house or what is on the outside apart from sand and monsters.
I would highly recommend this film to anyone who has enjoyed any other Tim Burton films and also people who don’t get offended easily because Beetlejuice has quite a dirty sense of humour and swears quite a lot.
