This is a short brief overview of what I thought of the movie
Dunkirk is an interesting film which gives a picture on what happened over the space of the 10 days. The camera work in the movie is incredible using all different angles which gives us the ability to see how much work was put into this film. The movie is a definite watch for people who may not know a lot about Dunkirk and what happened during the battle. Dunkirk use of many actors really does show the amount of people that were involved in the battle of Dunkirk.
The way the movie as well uses people not soldiers trying to help out and it really does show that people wanted to help. It gives a very emotional look onto the movie and how proud it makes the watcher feel about what our ancestors did to makes sure we could have a better life.
The movie does focus on a few people a lot which is a lot better than having tons of soldiers that we don’t remember so this is better as then we can really get to know the actors playing these roles in the movie. The film is one of the best films I have seen in the past few years it is a film that any age could watch if they have a very strong interest in history and it is a movie I could personally go back and watch again all the time.
…......................
The introduction to the film showed me what I was really going to expect soldiers trying to get home and how hard it was for them to find a way to get home.
The film is a very believable film as its based of real events and it shows the story mainly of the pilots a group trying to help and one man in particular using only a short amount of people still give me the imaghe of what happened to those people and how it affected them. The plot does have occasional moments when it confuses me on what's happening but then its majority of the time, I understand the story. The movie is defiantly and easy movie to follow and is one you can defiantly research the events after the movie as there's so much you can look up. It is I'd say one of the most believable films you can watch as its based off true events.
I did enjoy the fil a lot it and, in a way, I would have watched it if it was 3 hours long as the story is so interesting and emotional at the same time. a few bad points about it is that I would like to stick with some of the characters more than switching a quite often but apart from that the movies close to perfect.
I really enjoyed the starting scene as it shows a lot of emotion and action within the first 5 minutes and that showed me that this was going to be a very good movie from the start.
I would recommend this to anyone that has interested in war and it give a true vision of the Dunkirk battle
I I'm not sure if I can compare this film it’s a unique film and that’s what I love about Dunkirk
I really do recommend you go and watch this film its worth every minute
