Amazing film bought a zoo is by far the worst film I've ever seen its about a man whose wife died his daughter can't shut her mouth about it and his son is a really bratty emo but what makes this the best film is that it is constantly trying to milk the fact they bought a zoo like oh my god you bought a zoo his son doesn't care. This movie is loosely based on a true story about a man called Benjamin Mee who bought a zoo. He is a widowed father who buys the zoo called Rosemoor wildlife park, it is based in California but the real zoo was in Devon in England the movie shows how he and his children try to make the zoo come back to life. it is very funny and I think its rated pg as it has a little bit swearing in it. I loved all of this movie and didn't have a part I liked best I loved the whole thing. I think it is a wonderful movie that all the family will enjoy.WOW! This film was phenomenal! I just absolutely adore it! The acting was incredible and all my favorite actors were in it including Elle Fanning, Matt Damon, and Scarlett Johanson they were all just amazing!
The wow factor in this film is incredible and the picture is just stunning. The feel-goodness Is in there and it’s just a pure and beautifully made film. I feel the music just lifts your heart and the storyline will make you want to watch it every day 24,7!
The characters told the story like they actually were there and did you know it’s actually a real-life film based on real events. I would definitely recommend this film!!! This is a fun and energetic film(with lots of animals). This film is about a family who moves to a rundown zoo and has to try and save all the animals there. They have to try and do this in 5 months which is very tricky but even trickier for them as there mum only passed away a few months ago. I would recommend this film to animal lovers and people who love happy endings. I think that this film is very good as the actors really make us sympathize with how the character is feeling at that particular moment, especially the actors who portray Dylan, Benjamin, and Rosie. It really makes you part of the film and you feel all the different emotions of the characters e.g. panicked, sad, joyful, etc. However, the plot is very predictable and there are many scenes that are a bit too emotional. Ultimately it shows that even through hard times success can be achieved. You just need someone to lean on. Overall the film is very good but there are too many scenes that are a bit over the top. I really liked this film. It is about a family who moves into a house that surprisingly has a zoo in the garden and it is full of animals. One night the boy lets some snakes out and when everyone woke up there were all these snakes slithering round that bit was very funny! My favorite character was the little girl called Rosie she was 7 years old, like me, and she was very sweet and helpful. I think that this film would be enjoyed by girls and boys aged 5 and over. I LOVE THIS FILM REASON IS that it is SO FUNNY HILARIOUS AND ALSO....................FUNNY. MY FAVORITE PART IS WHEN THEY ARE TOLD THAT THE HOUSE THEY REALLY WANT IS A ZOO. WHEN I HEARD THE ROAR I WAS LIKE OMG By Kara Eve Lewis-York this is a great film. I mainly enjoy it because it is incredible and it's true. my favorite character is definitely the little girl because she wants to stay at the zoo and she loves animals. irate this movie 5 stars and recommend it to 8 to 17 year old. when I was halfway through the filmi wondered would they complete the zoo? you'll have to watch to find out! Dylan gets expelled from his school because he draws a picture of a person what is dead. so his dad Benjamin moves to a zoo. Rosie Benjamin's daughter enjoys it at the zoo. Dylan doesn't like the zoo. Benjamin's wife dies. Solomon is a lion and his cage door gets stuck. One of the zookeepers goes in the lion's cage and fixes it while another distracts the lion. The inspector doesn't think the zoo will work out but he opens the zoo anyway.Well, I must say a very enjoyable and amusing film that kept me with it all the way, credit to anyone and everyone involved in its production actors to producers. So here is my review and so far I haven’t quite made my mind up over whether to class it as 4 stars or five stars. Well, to begin with, the acting, certainly this specific part of the film was the strongest. What with all the personality, slapstick and strength along with many other features. I must confess that Elle Fanning’s part, however, was ridiculous and she looked completely fake in the process of doing it, it was a pretty harsh to do it though, I’m surprised it wasn’t cut out. Thomas Haden Church must be credited for his amazingly realistic sarcasm skills. For this film I feel like it was let down by some distracting props, the banners at the front of the restaurant were ridiculous and it should have been signs instead and the picture of a pregnant lady naked, I won’t comment on ridiculousness as it would fill a page. Now for the big long scary paragraph and to be honest there is no surprise no what it is about the plot! To begin with I must say the flashbacks were both effective and relevant in order to tell the phenomenal story of Benjamin Mee, though it was not only the story ones that were good, the final one that was themed on his meeting was king of all flashbacks. Despite positive things, I must put forward the negative side of the plot, two main errors. One the idea that loads of girls were going after Benjamin, well that’s not even slightly realistic and furthermore, it is off-putting. Secondly, boy meets girl, I honestly don’t care about modern age relationships and I believe that it was a silly diversion though some may have thought of it as a good backstory. Apart from that, loved it! Particularly the past of Benjamin Mee and the scenes with his brother. Now for the editing department, overall fairly clean and good but sometimes from a camera perspective, it failed. Plus the film was one of those films that left me engaged and forced me to read about what happens, I couldn’t keep myself bursting to obliterate the surprise, I mean it ended on ‘Benjamin Mee is a fraud’. I must add a small point on the inspiration of the film and I really feel that it was amazing that they managed to put together a perspective of a story of loss and the will to carry on, I believe that that is moral for everyone, keep on trying, no matter what anyone else says. Now I feel I haven’t mentioned why it was funny, there were just a few punch lines that were carried out bin a sarcastic and funny way which involved the actors really building on the joke, the one I liked was “I’m a lesbian”, short, sharp and sweet though hopefully not offensive to anyone who is in that situation in real life I have now decided to rate it 4 stars, too many faults and you must take this in mind, I don’t give them away too easily. We bought a zoo is based on a true story. This American family comedy-drama was set in 2011. The characters are Benjamin Mee [whose wife had died] bought a zoo. His 15-year-old son [Dylan] is not very impressed by Ben's idea but his 7-year-old daughter [Rosie]thinks it is an amazing idea and cares for a particular animal [the peacocks].The leader of the zoo staff is Kelly Foster she helps the zoo staff to reopen the zoo. The plot is to make Kelly and Benjamin fall in love. My favorite part is when a zookeeper is fixing a lock in Suleiman's [the lion] cage and just manages to get out before Suleiman's attacks zoo him. I recommend it to a friend who loves zoos and romance. We bought a zoo is a film that is coincidentally about a family who bought a zoo It starts of truly touching as the children's mum have passed away and they are left with there father who decides it's time for a change. The father decides to move to a once-famous wildlife park that's now an abandoned zoo that imprisons miserable animals. The emotional thing about this is he does it for his animal crazy daughter who was extremely close to her mum at the time. So if you want to find out how this family cope living in a zoo watch this film to find out. This film was really funny. It was a good family film.I loved this film, my favorite part is when the family had a look in the house and someone said: "it's a ZOO!" After that, they still bought the house even though it was a ZOO! The ending; on the night before the opening day there was a storm and it knocked over a tree in the entrance of the ZOO.They thought it was strange that no-one was there for the opening but it turns out everyone was behind the tree that had fallen over in the storm. So they helped everyone over the tree and sold out all the tickets, so everyone got in the ZOO.The opening day was a big success. THE END!Once again I picked 5 stars for this film because it was about a family who brought despair upon themselves and how they persevered through their life. Fortunately, they found a normal home, moved there and discovered a ZOO!!! The actors were brilliant and my favorite character is probably Spar the Tiger. The boy, that got expelled because of his artistic, dark drawings, suited the role very well. I didn't see very much C.G.I. but I guess there was none because they had REAL animals to play the parts. We loved the bit where they got enough money to re-open the zoo because when he ran out of money everyone's hearts sank deep into our chests hoping there was some way to get the zoo back...
Thank you for reading this review! I hope you can watch it to like this film because it's based on a real-life story and it's strange how it actually happened but they were some bad things I thought as it started off slow but then near the middle to the end it started to speed up. It also has some funny parts to it that I like very much and there were some not so funny bites to it which were series and disturbing. I would recommend it to family or people who like comedy. This film is about a man the man was a very it adventurous man he was a writer he wrote books and had two children the girl with a very bright girl the boy he was very dark and drawed really good photos these photos were very very dark and scary the two children's mum was very beautiful but unfortunately she died Soon the man wanted a real adventure because his wife had died and the boy was expelled from school after drawing a dark painting they wanted a new start so they decided to buy Isuzu this is Zoo was a broken down holds over and it hasn't opened for a long time and everyone wanted it open again but soon the man starts to lose money what will happen next? this film was ok through the film there was a technique used a lot that was using animals for filming that was really cool. The actors really play the role well they used a lot of expressions and delivered the story in a very good way and The Script was really good it had a great storyline to it and per trade, such a moral and it was quite touching as well. Especially when he was looking at the photos of his beloved wife and at the end where you showing the restaurant where he met his wife and they were imagining her actually sitting there actual restaurant where they met. I didn't really see much CGI but that's either that I didn't use it or they made it really good but I did see some they did not actually have a real lion or a bear filming I think. This film is very funny at times as well but it does have a few all rude words in so beware. If it didn't have a rude word in I thought it would be a good family film even though I thought it should be a family film and in years to come, it'll be called a classic. 1 thing which is excited me as well was that it is a true story and you can go and visit the zoo in Dartmouth thank you for reading my review by George Blower...age ⑨‼ This film is about a man the man was a very it adventurous man he was a writer he wrote books and had two children the girl with a very bright girl the boy he was very dark and drawed really good photos these photos were very very dark and scary the two children's mum was very beautiful but unfortunately she died Soon the man wanted a real adventure because his wife had died and the boy was expelled from school after drawing a dark painting they wanted a new start so they decided to buy Isuzu this is Zoo was a broken down holds over and it hasn't opened for a long time and everyone wanted it open again but soon the man starts to lose money what will happen next? this film was ok through the film there was a technique used a lot that was using animals for filming that was really cool. There are one or two bad words and there is a little kissing, but other than that this film is one of the best films I've ever seen. It is so fascinating, I love it. The acting was amazing and the little girl, Rosie was so cute. The actors Were extremely funny. The film was sad yet happy and surprising, I definitely recommend this film!!!!. well was that it is a true story and you can go and visit the zoo in Dartmouth thank you for reading my review by George Blower...age ⑨‼I gave this film five stars because it is a very unusual and exciting film. It was sad, funny and happy at the same time.I don't think this film is really that appropriate for children under the age of 7 because it does have some bad language in it. But apart from that, it is an amazing film. It was so unusual I didn't think it was really based on a true story, but it actually is! The music and the sounds in this film make it much more exciting than it would be without it. So that is why I gave it five stars.I LOVED this film! It was about a dad and two children who wanted to move house but it was next to a zoo witch the children did not like. But it turned out well and even the dad fell in love. I thought it was a good film but a bit slow to get to the next part, what I really liked is that it attracts the audience to go to a zooooooooooThis was about a family who tragically lost their loved Mum and she was also a Wife. So 6 months later they buy...A Zoo!!! they think it's a new beginning for them and they will be so so happy they're out in the beautiful countryside with all the Tigers Ana Loins And Bears And other wild animals and some are as beautiful as a rainbow like a peacock. They soon settle in and realize that they have made the right choice to buy the zoo even though they were having second thoughts. They loved the Zoo, even if it smells really bad!!! I thought we bought a Zoo was ok but not my cup of tea. It was funny, it got me laughing a bit, but when they had to make noise so the Tiger could get down from the rock, he was shouting mean things. I liked the part when the little girl was feeding the peacocks she was so cute. Her older brother was kind of upset, and board with his life from when his Mum died, and at first when they moved in he was still in a grump but later on, he thought of it as a new start to life.
