The Eagle Huntress is a good film to me, it is mainly about a girl in Mongolia who wants to be an eagle huntress, she trained well with her father's eagle, then she trained an eagle by herself and capture it from a mountain, the progress is tough, but she gets what she deserves, when there is a competition about training eagles, she went there and won the champion. The elder people said it is not really an eagle huntress if she can't hunt in winter, she did it and prove herself with her skills.
The story is interesting, it interview several old people in her place and their opinion is very traditional, they want a girl to stay at home and making her husband food, feed the sheep and cow and take care of their child instead of being an Eagle Hunter which required brave and good skills as they said.
The Mise-en-scene of this film is brilliant, everyone is showing themselves, the traditional dress of Mongolia, some good shot like close-up, aerial shot provided to make the location clear and also making it more realistic.
The background music seems clean and nice compared to the last film we've watched(Gravity).
So The Eagle Huntress is an extraordinary film, I am really enjoyed to watch this film.
