Mia (acted by Anne Hathaway) is just a normal teen in school before her long lost grand mother the Queen (acted by Julie Andrews) tells her she is actually the princess of the country Genovia. This changed her life forever. -(this movie was made in 2001)-
It all started off with a normal day in Mia's 15 year old life being invisible. Her mother is an artist(acted by Caroline Goodall)and has a secret, a very very big secret.Mia's mother gets a call from her mother in law to say she is coming for tea but what Mia doesn't know is she is the Queen of Genovia. She needs her to be the next Queen since she is her only granddaughter but Mia refuses and doesn't like that, so the queen has to get her to convince her it will be amazing to be a princess. But this will be hard for her.
I liked this film because it surprised me and i didn't think it would be good because it's about a princess,I would recommend this to anyone.4 stars. :D
Print this reviewAn unusual portrayal of Queen Victoria, seen in her days as the beautiful, spirited young princess who was romanced by Prince Albert.
