What would you do if you were given the choice of $1 million or to spend $30 million in a month and get $300 million back? It’s an easy choice. How hard can it be to spend $30 million in a month, without gaining any assets and without telling anyone what you are doing? It’s a lot harder than it sounds. Brewster’s Millions is about Monty Brewster, a low league baseball player, who gets kicked off his team after getting sent to jail. He thinks that his career is over when he finds out that he is due to inherit the fortune of one of the richest men in America. However, the man will give him $1 million or the full inheretance if he can spend $30 million in a month without gaining any assets or telling anyone what he is doing. At first it seems easy, but with his friends constantly trying to make money and evil lawyers trying to trick him it turns out to be a lot harder than he expected. It was a great job by Richard Pryor and John Candy to create a funny and entertaining film for everyone to enjoy. I really liked this film and I would recommed it to anyone.
