Inspector Gadget
It is a really interesting movie. My favorite character is Inspector gadget because he is funny.I like how Inspector gadget's car talks. I rate this movie 4 stars. Although i like Inspector gadget i also like Penny. I like Penny because she is kind and generous. I think 9 to 12 years old will like this film. This film is full of action.
