Looking for a movie to show your secondary students about equality in the past? Luckily, we have got the right movie for you. Set in a high school in L.A, Freedom Writers tells a story about Erin Gruwell, a teacher starting at the school who has to face the problems of teaching a class of teenagers who are in gangs and are not looking forward to collage. The story is unique, though violent, and overall is an educating story for those who like a good action movie. Though the movie is enjoyable, the age rating is PG12 as it does contain Offensive language, violence and racism. Other than that, there are no errors in the movie, the quality is great and the plot is good and enjoyable. Teenagers will watch the students get into all sorts of problems, and learn about holocaust, war and equality in L.A. So, if you are looking for a movie to teach your students about equality, put Freedom Writers on the screen today.
