Heartwarming and inspiring, 'THE THEORY OF EVERYTHING' is a touching masterpiece that is bound to move its audience; the movie, in which, managed to rake up a grand total of $123.7 million & earn tremendous awards, ranging from the Academy Award for Best Actor to the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor - and after viewing such, there's no doubt why. Revolving around the world famous phenomenon, Stephen Hawkings, we receive an explicit insight of his life until the present point, displaying his struggles, interests & personal occurrences. We commence the movie with his early childhood & the discovery of his condition of ALS - this, on its own, affects the audience as we feel immense pity & sympathy towards Stephen in his suffering. However, his enduring persistence, which is repeatedly demonstrated through his work, relationship inconveniences & constant self-disprovals, really has an impact on those who witness it all, in an emotional sense. This transitions immaculately onto why we rated this motion picture 4 stars: it depicts the brutal realism of real life by not sugar-coating or differing it from the protagonist's (Stephen Hawkings) actual life experiences. However, the only con that this movie bares is its general slow pace, which can disengage some viewers. This is redeemed by the overall moral that this parable conveys - to perservere through the boundaries & foresee the light at the end of the tunnel, despite the fact that it may not even be within sight.
