NEMO
I found this movie really engaging, it was very sad but managed to balance it out with happy moments. Unlike many animations this one actually accurately portrays real life problems such as: Death, Fear, Trying to change to be a better person but sometimes failing (the sharks), short term memory and other ones. Although this movie is known for being tragic there are actually a lot of funny moments in it. My favourite is when Dory sees Nemo and doesn’t remember him.
I found it quite amazing that they managed to give lines to the background characters yet still make them minors in the storyboard. The main characters are: Dory, Marty (Nemo’s dad), Nemo, Darla (The dentist’s niece), the pelicans and the dentist. Dory, who is an angel fish with short term memory, is my favourite for her funny, bright, cheerful attitude.
Anyway I have told you all I can tell you without spoiling it. So why not find out about the rest by watching it? It is sure to keep you entertained!
