Live-action musical comedy with oddball performances and a bizarre set, finely reproducing the famous 1940s spinach-guzzling sailor cartoon.

popeye is a good film to me but annoying after a while. olive and popeye find a child but its not there's. The child brings miracles to everyone. I didn't like the special effects they where...a bit sloppy I also didn't like the voice of popeye. I likes most of it though. I would recommend this film to 7-13 year olds.
