Belle is inspired by the true story of Dido Elizabeth Belle, the illegitimate mixed race daughter of Admiral Sir John Lindsay. Raised by her aristocratic great-uncle Lord Mansfield and his wife, Belle's lineage affords her certain privileges, yet her status prevents her from the traditions of noble social standing. This was decent not the best film I have ever seen but it is not the worst. This film did not appeal to me in anyway as I did not enjoy the story and that the acting was poor. For example Tom Felton role was unclear and most of the other characters roles were either poor or satisfactory.
