'Laura' was actually really pretty great. It really surprised me how much I liked it. I originally squirmed at the opening titles with the cheesy old film music and the whole black-and-white-ness of it, but I was quickly enthralled by the plot and Waldo's witty comebacks. Waldo was great, despite his silly name. The story follows a detective as he explores the case of the murder of Laura, going to visit each of the suspects. But the case gets turned upside down when Laura arrives back at her home one night... OH MY GOD! I KNOW, RIGHT?!!
