'The Kid' is a funny, well-strucktered, family-friendly film. My favorite part was when The tramp (Charlie Chaplin) falls asleep and wakes up in this bizzare dreamland where everyone he's met on the film are angles, including the little boy's big brother who took Jhon ( Jakie Coogan) 's toy and he is kissing this girl and then the tramp wants to kiss her too so he lets her, but then these evil demons pop up everywhere and makes the big brother jelous and stars beating the tramp up. I also liked the part when the lady with a buggy finds the little boy in her buggy and starts hitting the tramp with her ummbrella. Overall, I think it was amazing that I understood everything in the film, even though there wasn,t any sound or colour. It was a really good film but I wish there could've been a bit longer to explain what happens to the tramp, the woman and the child in the end...
