An adaptation of Eleanor Porter's 1912 children's novel, this is an uplifting tale of an inspirational young girl. After the death of her parents, Pollyanna is forced to live with her aunt in a town where the inhabitants are miserable. The brave Pollyanna combats this misery by looking on the bright side of life and endeavouring to fill every hour with laughter. Her sunny nature begins to rub off on everyone she meets, and the town is soon transformed.
Two warriors in pursuit of a stolen sword and a notorious fugitive are led to an impetuous and physically-skilled nobleman's daughter.
