In the 1940s, nobody really discussed the topic of sex openly, or really knew much about it. This Victorian-style ignorance appalled real-life scientist Alfred Kinsey to such an extent that he decided to initiate a frank and revolutionary study into the bedroom habits of his fellow Americans. As this amusing and enlightening biopic illustrates, the resulting book changed the face of US culture, while also having widespread moral and emotional repercussions for Kinsey and his extra-dedicated research team.
This film has one use of strong bad language and frequent strong sex references
