Synopsis

The story of Noah and the Great Flood is found in many religious texts the world over, a myth or belief shared by a variety of cultures, each with their own specific spin on the tale. Engineer and explorer Albert Lin sets out on an international expedition to discover if there is any proof of the Great Flood that can be found in the world’s oceans or amongst ancient civilisations, utilizing cutting-edge technology and research in the hope of uncovering some kind of truth. From the icy depths of the Black Sea to a South American mountain range, this engaging documentary provides fascinating insight into how mythology can be shaped by science, history, geography and a passion for the truth.

What our educators say

"We are currently screening The Wizard of Oz, profound film that it is, and the last film Wall-E. It's been rewarding observing the KS1 6 year olds run the gamut of emotions from wonder to sadness to joy. "
