Synopsis

As he prepares to dress up as the Earth for a school presentation, a young blue boy questions what is so special about the planet that he lives on. His purple mother decides to take him to the kitchen, using a recipe to show him how life on Earth is like a delicious curry, full of countless ingredients and diversity coming together in a vibrant combination. What our educators say

"It really is a chance for us to open children's minds to the power of film not just as a vehicle for entertainment but also as a way in to understanding their own world and the worlds of people whose lives are very different."

- Marlon Perkins, Teacher, Whitstable and Seasalter Endowed CofE Junior School, Kent
