The Carricks and the Ballys are two warring gangs growing up in the wilds of South West Ireland. They've been feuding for longer than anyone can remember - though no one seems to know exactly how it all started. After one of the Ballys is insulted on the bridge dividing their two villages, tensions escalate, buttons are stolen and battle lines drawn for a hilarious final showdown in a ruined castle. A timeless tale of teen rivalry, this charming film draws parallels with the Irish 'Troubles' without ever wearing them on its sleeve.
Fantasy epic about a young orphan who delves into her family history to find that her destiny might be linked to another world.
