Celebrate Bradford and learn about its history in the city's oldest building, now in its 550th year but marking 100 years since becoming a cathedral.
The event will include a tour, creative writing and storyboarding workshops, and a special screening.
The Yorkshire Film Archive have curated a 45-minute screening especially for Bradford school children exploring how the city has been captured on film. See rare footage, including the Mela 20 years ago, local school productions 70 years ago, and rare images of Bradford over 100 years ago.
Featuring material from early moving image pioneers, local filmmaking companies, amateur productions and regional TV, this unique event reveals the sights, sounds, faces, places, changing landscapes and industries, great events and everyday lives of people in Bradford over the decades.
